Where the Wild Things Are
One of the most awesome, amazing books of all time, Where the Wild Things Are, has recently been adapted to the big screen by Spike Jonze and David Eggers. You can check out the trailer below and if you don’t know who Spike Jonze is you should check out some of his work that you’ve probably seen on TV (also posted below). Basically the guy is a fucking genius and does some of the coolest camerawork out there so needless to say I got a lil chub when I heard he was in charge of the project. You got Tom Hanks producing, Tony Soprano and Forest Whitaker acting, and David Eggers (A Heartbreaking Work of a Staggering Genius) writing. Did I say chub? I meant full on broner.
